- Using our 'Open Door' policy to talk confidentially to any member of Human Resources, management or senior management, as appropriate; or,

What is Celestica's Ethics Hotline?
In an effort to demonstrate Celestica's commitment to good governance to its employees, shareholders, customers and suppliers, Celestica implemented an Ethics Hotline in July 2004.
The Ethics Hotline is administered by an independent third party and enables employees to make a confidential, toll-free phone call from any location to report unethical, illegal or unsafe activity at Celestica.

How does it work?
The Ethics Hotline is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week on a global basis and most calls are answered in the local language. A specially trained interviewer documents all concerns and records the information from the caller, which is entered into a centralized database. The information is then relayed to Celestica for follow-up. It is a completely confidential process and employees who call can remain anonymous.
