Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, I’m responsible for overseeing Celestica’s accounting, financial and investor relations functions in order to protect and enhance Celestica’s shareholder value. I lead a world-class finance team who are focused on ensuring transparency in financial reporting and in providing our customer teams with real-time, accurate financial information to assist them in achieving Celestica’s financial objectives. I also lead Celestica's corporate development organization which focuses on creating value through acquisitions and partnerships.

Previously, I was Senior Vice President, Finance and held the role of Corporate Treasurer, with responsibility for all aspects of our global financial operations, segment financial reporting, strategic pricing, corporate tax and all corporate finance and treasury related matters. Prior to that, I was the Vice President, Global Financial Operations, responsible for all financial aspects of Celestica’s Canadian and Latin American operations. I was also previously the Controller of Celestica’s Canadian EMS operations. I joined IBM in 1989, and, throughout my career have held a number of senior financial roles in mergers and acquisitions, planning, accounting, pricing and financial strategies.

I spend as much personal time as I can with my family and friends and enjoy a range of sporting activities including road biking, golf, skiing and snowboarding.
