Celestica COVID-19 Update

As we adapt our operations in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority is ensuring the health and safety of our employees, supply chain partners, customers and the communities in which we live and work. The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are significant and constantly changing, and Celestica is rising to meet that challenge. We will continue to help our customers and partners find the way forward during this crisis.

At each of our facilities around the world we are following rigorous precautionary and preventive measures stipulated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments to protect our employees. These include restricting travel, work-from-home policies, personal protective equipment, health screening and physical distancing.

We are ready to support our customers as global demand for products continues to rise, particularly from the HealthTech and Cloud Computing sectors.

COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, has infected more than five million people worldwide. Overwhelmed hospitals and medical centers need medical devices such as ventilators, respirators, imaging equipment and diagnostic tests to treat patients, and Healthtech manufacturers are answering that call. Celestica has the expertise and capacity to help our customers speed time-to-market while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

There is an increased requirement for the cloud computing platform and services providers’ data centers and networks to support the growing demands driven by the surge in remote workers, as well as the need for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies from global governments and agencies to combat COVID-19. Celestica provides enterprise IT systems manufacturers with the storage, compute, hyper-converged and switching systems and subsystems that they use to build resilient cloud architectures and high-speed communications networks.

Our talented and dedicated teams are committed to stepping in and up wherever we can to offer our expertise and experience in service to companies, governments and other organizations engaged in fighting the pandemic.
