William A. Etherington has been a director of Celestica since 2001. He was a director and the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce until February 26, 2009 and is a director of Onex Corporation and SS&C Corporation, each of which is a public corporation. He is the former Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Sales and Distribution, IBM Corporation, and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM World Trade Corporation. He retired from IBM in 2001 with over 37 years of service. Mr. Etherington is also a director of St. Michael’s Hospital. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Doctor of Laws (Hon.) from the University of Western Ontario.

Joe Natale, who has been a director since January 2012 was appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors in July 2016. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Telus Corporation between May 2014 and August 2015. Prior to this role, Mr. Natale held positions of increasing responsibility at Telus, including President, Consumer Solutions and President, Business Solutions. In addition, Mr. Natale has held successive senior leadership roles within KPMG Consulting, which he joined after it acquired the company he co-founded, PNO Management Consultants Inc., in 1997. Mr. Natale is a member of the board of directors of Gibraltar Growth Corporation, a public company, and Soulpepper Theatre, and acted as Technology & Telecommunications Chair for United Way Toronto's 2014 Campaign Cabinet. Mr. Natale has served on the board of directors of KPMG Canada. He is a past recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Award and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
As Celestica’s President and CEO, Rob Mionis is focused on positioning the company for long term profitable growth and ensuring the success of Celestica’s customers around the world. Prior to joining Celestica, Rob was an Operating Partner/Senior Advisor in private equity, supporting several companies across a broad range of industries, including the industrial, aerospace, healthcare and automotive segments. Prior to Rob’s private equity experience, he was the President and CEO of StandardAero, one of the world’s largest independent global aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul companies, leading the company through a period of significant revenue and profitability growth. Before StandardAero, Rob held senior leadership roles at Honeywell, most recently as the head of the Integrated Supply Chain Organization for Honeywell Aerospace.Rob started his career with General Electric (GE), and over the last several years he has held a number of operational and service roles at companies in the aerospace, industrial and semiconductor markets, including AlliedSignal, Axcelis Technologies and Honeywell.
Eamon J. Ryan has been a director of Celestica since 2008. He is the former Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Lexmark International Inc. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and General Manager, Printing Services and Solutions Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Ryan joined Lexmark in 1991 as the President of Lexmark Canada. Before Lexmark, he spent 22 years at IBM Canada, where he held a number of sales and marketing roles in their Office Products and Large Systems divisions. Mr. Ryan’s last role at IBM Canada was Director of Operations for their Public Sector - a role he held from 1986 to 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Koellner is a corporate director. She most recently served as Executive Chairman of International Lease Finance Corporation, an aircraft leasing subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. ("AIG") from 2012 until its sale in 2014. Ms. Koellner retired as President of Boeing International, a division of The Boeing Company, in 2008. While at Boeing, she was a member of the Office of the Chairman and served as the Executive Vice President, Internal Services, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer, President of Shared Services, and Corporate Controller. Ms. Koellner currently serves on the board of directors of Papa John's International, Inc., The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Nucor Corporation, all public companies. Ms. Koellner previously served on the board of directors and was the Chair of the Audit Committee of Hillshire Brands Company (a public company, formerly Sara Lee Corporation and now merged with Tyson Foods, Inc.), and on the board of directors of AIG (a public company). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University, as well as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager designation from the National Contracts Management Association.
Prior to joining Celestica's Board of Directors in July 2010, Dan DiMaggio spent 35 years with United Parcel Services (UPS), most recently as CEO of the UPS Logistics Group. In this role, Dan grew the business from $65 million when he joined the group in 1995, to $1.2 billion when he retired in 2006. Prior to leading UPS' Worldwide Logistics Group, Dan held a number of positions at UPS with increasing responsibility, including the leadership roles for the UPS International Marketing Group, as well as the Industrial Engineering function.In addition to his senior leadership roles at UPS, Dan has spent time on the Board of Directors of Greatwide Logistics Services and CEVA Logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts.
Mike Wilson joined Celestica’s Board of Directors in November 2011. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Agrium Inc. and has over 30 years of international and executive management experience in the chemical industry. Prior to joining Agrium, Mr. Wilson served as President for Methanex Corporation, a leading global producer of methanol, headquartered in Vancouver, B.C. In addition, he has held various senior positions in North America and Asia during his 18 years with Dow Chemical.
Mr. Wilson also currently serves on the board of directors of Air Canada, Finning International Inc. and Suncor Energy Inc. He is also the Vice Chair of the Calgary Prostate Cancer Centre. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario where he earned his degree in Chemical Engineering.
Carol Perry joined Celestica’s Board of Directors in October 2013. She is Chair of the Independent Review Committee of the mutual funds managed by 1832 Asset Management L.P., a mutual fund manager and wholly-owned affiliate of The Bank of Nova Scotia. She is a former director of Softchoice Corporation, Atomic Energy of Canada Limited and DALSA Corporation. Previously, she was a Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission, and has served on adjudicative panels and acted as a Director and Chair of its Governance and Nominating Committee. With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry as an investment banker, Ms. Perry held senior positions with leading financial services companies including RBC Capital Markets, Richardson Greenshields and CIBC World Markets and later founded MaxxCap Corporate Finance, a financial advisory firm.Ms. Perry has a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Electrical) degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto. She also holds the professional designation ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Tawfiq Popatia is a Corporate Director of Celestica. Mr. Popatia is Managing Director at Onex, leading the company’s origination and due diligence efforts in aerospace and other transportation-focused industries. Since joining Onex, he has led Onex Partners’ investments in Advanced Integration Technology (AIT) and BBAM and its related investments in FLY Leasing and Meridian Aviation.Mr. Popatia currently serves on the boards of AIT and BBAM and previously served on the board of Spirit AeroSystems. He is a former Employer Trustee of the International Association of Machinists National Pension Fund.Prior to joining Onex Corporation, Mr. Popatia worked at Hellman & Friedman LLC, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. He has also worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring, General Industrials and Financial Sponsors groups at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific.Mr. Popatia graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor degrees in Science and Commerce.
Tom Gross became a director of Celestica in November 2016. He recently retired as the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Eaton's Electrical Business. Eaton is a diversified power management company and Mr. Gross has held senior leadership positions over his 13 year tenure with the company.Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Gross was Group Executive for Danaher Corporation’s Motion Control Business. He was also president of Danaher’s Fluke Business and Group Executive of the Electronic Test and Measurement Business. Before joining Danaher, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Xycom Automation and worked for Rockwell Automation early in his career.Mr. Gross currently serves on the board of governors of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. He is a director of WABCO, a leading manufacturer of vehicle control systems and a director of RPM, a manufacturer of specialty paints and coatings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
