Rob Mionis

President and Chief Executive Officer

As Celestica’s President and CEO, Rob Mionis is focused on positioning the company for long term profitable growth and ensuring the success of Celestica’s customers around the world.

Prior to joining Celestica, Rob was an Operating Partner/Senior Advisor in private equity, supporting several companies across a broad range of industries, including the industrial, aerospace, healthcare and automotive segments. Prior to Rob’s private equity experience, he was the President and CEO of StandardAero, one of the world’s largest independent global aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul companies, leading the company through a period of significant revenue and profitability growth. Before StandardAero, Rob held senior leadership roles at Honeywell, most recently as the head of the Integrated Supply Chain Organization for Honeywell Aerospace.

Rob started his career with General Electric (GE), and over the last several years he has held a number of operational and service roles at companies in the aerospace, industrial and semiconductor markets, including AlliedSignal, Axcelis Technologies and Honeywell.

Mandeep Chawla

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mandeep is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial, investor relations, M&A and communication functions in order to protect and enhance the company’s shareholder value.

Mandeep began his career at General Electric. He joined Celestica in 2010 and held progressively senior roles in the corporation before assuming the role of CFO in 2017.

Mandeep holds a Master of Finance degree from Queen’s University and Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Mandeep is a CPA, CMA.

Yann Etienvre

Chief Operations Officer

As Celestica’s Chief Operations Officer, Yann is responsible for driving operational excellence, quality, and technology innovation throughout the company, as well as enabling processes that drive value creation. As part of his role, he leads the Technology Innovation, Supply Chain, IT, Operations Excellence and After-Market Services teams.

Yann joined Celestica from Sensata Technologies, where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. In this role, Yann led their global operations, sourcing, logistics and compliance. He has held various leadership roles within Sensata Technologies, IMI plc, GE Healthcare, Montupet and Renault and has experience with various market segments including Automotive, Healthcare, Electrification, Oil and Gas, Energy and Appliances.

Todd Cooper

President, Advanced Technology Solutions

As President, Advanced Technology Solutions, Todd Cooper is responsible for the strategy and execution of Celestica's aerospace and defense, capital equipment, healthtech, industrial, and smart energy businesses.

Todd previously served as Celestica’s Chief Operations Officer. With more than 25 years in Operations leadership and advisory roles, he has extensive experience developing and implementing operational strategies to drive large-scale improvements for global organizations.

Prior to joining Celestica, Todd led Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Sustainability value creation efforts at KKR, a leading global investment firm, championing operational transformation efforts across KKR's global portfolio companies. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Global Sourcing in Honeywell's Aerospace Division. Earlier in his career, Todd held various management roles at Storage Technology Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Jason Phillips

President, Connectivity and Cloud Solutions

As President, Connectivity and Cloud Solutions, Jason Phillips is responsible for strategy development, deployment and execution for Celestica’s enterprise and communications portfolio.

Jason oversees all aspects of our Connectivity & Cloud Solutions business and operations, with a global team that is focused on developing high-value, innovative solutions for Celestica’s customers in this dynamic market.

In his previous role as Senior Vice President, Enterprise and Cloud Solutions, Jason was responsible for developing and implementing Celestica’s strategy in these markets.  Prior to joining Celestica in 2008, Jason held the role of Vice President and General Manager, Personal Communications at Elcoteq, and spent five years at Solectron in senior roles spanning sales, global account management, business unit leadership, and operations.

Leila Wong

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Head of Human Resources, Leila is focused on fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture at Celestica. In her role, she leads the Global Human Resources organization and oversees the Talent Management, Inclusion and Collaboration, and Rewards and Recognition practices.

Since joining Celestica in 2011, Leila has held progressively senior roles in Human Resources, most recently Vice President, Rewards and Talent Management.

Prior to joining Celestica, Leila held senior Human Resources roles at Nortel, a multinational telecommunications and data networking equipment manufacturer, where she was accountable for global pension, rewards, and incentive plan design in support of company goals. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Leila spent over 20 years in finance in a number of disciplines including investor relations, financial reporting and strategic business intelligence.

Doug Parker

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

As Celestica’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Doug is responsible for all legal, governance and compliance matters for Celestica on a global basis. He oversees Celestica’s contracts, compliance and ethics, and sustainability functions, and serves as Corporate Secretary to Celestica’s Board of Directors.

Doug is an experienced legal and business executive, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property. Prior to joining Celestica in 2024, Doug served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at OpenText. Prior to that, he held various legal and executive positions at companies such as Quarterhill Inc., Nortel and Torys LLP. 

Theodore Tzevelekis

Chief Strategy Officer

As Celestica’s Chief Strategy Officer, Theodore Tzevelekis is responsible for developing effective corporate strategies to drive sustainable growth. In addition, he leads M&A and Ventures Investing, which focuses on strategic investment opportunities with growth stage companies.

Previously, Theodore served as VP Strategy & Strategic Planning at Cisco Networking. Prior to that, he worked at Bain & Company as a Principal. Theodore holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Digital Telecommunications from Telecom ParisTech.
